OddsOS provides sports analytics, model-generated predictions, and informational content for entertainment purposes only. We are not a sportsbook and do not accept, hold, or process any wagers or funds. Any picks, predictions, or analysis are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or gambling advice.
Past performance of our models does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and no analytical system can reliably predict them.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use OddsOS. By registering, you represent that you are 21 or older. We may require age verification at any time. If we discover you are under 21, your account will be immediately terminated.
The service is intended for users in jurisdictions where accessing sports analytics and information services is legal. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of this service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
OddsOS offers the following paid plans. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Monthly plans automatically renew each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
7-Day VIP Trial. Eligible accounts may start one 7-day trial of All Access at $0. The trial automatically converts to a paid All Access subscription at $125/month when it ends unless you cancel before the trial end date. These terms are presented at signup and require your explicit consent before the trial starts. One trial per account, ever. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
Existing subscribers on legacy plans retain access equal to or greater than what they were paying for; a plan change is never applied retroactively to reduce a paid subscriber's access.

All content, models, algorithms, and analytics produced by OddsOS are our proprietary property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY GAMBLING LOSSES INCURRED BASED ON OUR PICKS OR ANALYSIS.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email when possible.
