Paid subscriptions (Pro and VIP tiers) are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY GAMBLING LOSSES INCURRED BASED ON OUR PICKS OR ANALYSIS.
